What are cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. They help the site work, remember preferences, and — if you allow it — measure how the site is used.
Types of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary
Required to load the site, keep security features working, and remember your cookie choice (rf:cookie-consent in localStorage). These cannot be switched off via the banner.
2. Analytical / performance
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us understand traffic and improve the site. These are off by default. They are enabled only if you click Accept on the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). If you Decline, or make no choice, analytics_storage remains denied.
3. Functional (forms & meetings)
Pages such as Get started and Book a demo embed HubSpot forms and scheduling tools so we can receive your enquiry. Those tools may set their own cookies as part of submitting or booking.
Third-party cookies
Providers that may set cookies on this site:
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (only after Accept)
- HubSpot (forms and meetings on enquiry pages)
Managing cookies
Use Accept or Decline on the banner to control analytics. Clearing site data in your browser resets your choice so the banner may appear again. You can also block cookies in browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
Analytics cookie lifetime follows Google's retention settings (often up to 13 months, depending on configuration).
Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
